As we begin our review work as soon as we can so you get a fast turn around, we can't give refunds for the Personal Statement or BMAT Essay Review services.

If you’d like a refund and you've checked that you're eligible for one, just fill in your details here.  We usually process refunds in a batch at the end of the week, so please don’t be concerned if you don’t hear back from us instantly. It can then take 3-5 working days for your bank to process the payment, but don't worry! As long as you requested the refund 14 days before the course, we guarantee that it will be processed and the money will be back in your account within a few working days

More than 14 days before the course... Our refund policy (stated on all the registration pages) is that we can give you a full refund if you let us know at least 14 days before the course you’re registered to attend. See 'How do I get a refund?' to do this. Less than 14 days before the course... If it's less than 14 days before the course starts then unfortunately we can't give a refund because we've already done all the prep for the course!

As access to the service is available immediately upon purchase we are unable to offer refunds on the Crash Course Online, Ninjas, Personal Statement or BMAT Essay Review services or any other online resources.
